From Our Family To Yours
The Tyee has been an integral part of Coupeville since the 1920’s. It was originally owned by Robert and Pat Partridge. “Pat’s Place” provided hot lunches for the students of the Coupeville School, meals for locals and travelers alike, as well as hotel accommodations for unmarried school teachers and traveling drummers (off-island salesmen).
Alan & Erlinda purchased the Tyee in 2018 and since have fallen in love with the island and community. Coupeville has become a perfect “Ebey’s” landing place for them. Approaching 100 years, Pat’s Place / The Tyee has been the local meeting and watering hole for the residents of Coupeville and a respite for those who are traveling through. We welcome you and offer you our hospitality, good food, and drink.
